Try Mossbank

Our mission: make working together feel human again.

Mossbank is building a practical team rhythm for managers and individuals—one place to notice progress, have better conversations, and grow without performative process.

The Mossbank principles

🌱

People over ritual

Process exists to help colleagues do thoughtful work—not to make a dashboard look busy.

Useful simplicity

Hard things can be made clear without pretending they are easy or stripping away context.

Care is operational

Reliability, fairness, and direct communication belong inside the product, not beside it.

The
Mossbank
story

Mossbank began in 2021 after two managers compared the scattered notes, forms, and spreadsheets behind one small team.

Today, 643 teams use Mossbank to prepare useful one-to-ones and keep everyday commitments visible.

Our 34-person team works between Lyon, Bristol, Ghent, and home offices across seven countries.

For teams, by teamsEvery workflow is tested in our own weekly rhythm before it reaches a customer workspace.

User evidence firstWe favor observed behavior and honest conversation over assumptions about how work ought to happen.

Our team

Practitioners from product, engineering, coaching, and operations who care about the texture of daily work.
